The adoptees journey begins in this record book. It is a handwritten log that includes the adoptees arrival date, birthdate, gender, origin, orphanage, Vietnamese name, orphanage name, destination and departure date. This is the ONLY record of all of these 728 adoptees as a log. At the gathering in March 2014, Sr Mary Nelle could look up an adoptee if we knew your approx birth date, gender, and family (adopted name). She was able to connect a few adoptees with their record. She did not find mine.
